Would never use again. Couldn’t park as car park was over subscribed. Wouldn’t refund us.

I was very disappointed that due to a very serious family health issue, hospital, we were unable to use the car park space and let you know 2 days before. However you would not issue a refund.

Great location staff were super helpful with directions on where to park, nice secure place to park while I enjoyed a festival (Tom Jones)

Easy to book good place to park and near to my event easy to get out allround pleasent experiance.

Lots of choices of car parks within reasonable walking distance. However when we arrived at our booked car park the stewards where somewhat panicked as the number of spaces booked did not match the number actually available at the site. Many cars had to be turned away to an alternative site. It is imperative that what the web site offers and people book and pay for, matches what is available. They don't then expect to have to go to an alternative site.

Carpark was easy to find, security staff at gate were brilliant, friendly and very helpful. Carpark was really close to venue. Thank you.

When we arrived the school had spaces for 46 cars but nearly 80 cars were allocated space! The warden at the gate very kindly let us park in the nearby primary school associated with them, and after a 15-minute very confusing road system, we got to the second place to park up. Very poor booking on the app. I had a 79 year old with me, and I don't know what could have happened if the school weren't proactive in finding a solution to the problem. Not fron the area, and I don't know if I trust Justpark as a service if you may not get a space once you've paid and travelled a distance?

No internet connection at parking Site so a bit of a hassle got over it by showing bank details

Git to parking place only to be told it was full! Nit at all impressed. Was sent off to find another venue where they said we could park. Not knowing the area well it was all an ordeal I could have done without! What’s the point in reserving a space and paying for that space to get turned away saying they were full? Not on is it?!
