Space description
Space available on Coldray Close in Gloucester.
Ideal quiet culdesac location within 5 mins walking distance of Gloucester Royal Hospital and train station. Also a short walk to Gloucester Quays outlet and Gloucester City centre. Perfect also for Gloucester rugby match days or concerts.
Space is big enough to fit estate cars / 4x4s.
NOTES:
• Space is next to fence and would appear like it’s for a different house no15, however it is my land and is an extension of my property. Also, you will be parking behind a car (white Audi or black Kia) which won’t move when the space is needed.
• Previous space outside front of house now unavailable for day bookings due to Neighbour ‘potting project’. If looking to book for a period of simultaneous days (2+), full access will be made available for entry and exit next to fence. No other cars will be present.
NB: *My everyday job is as a Mortgage and Protection broker. If you need support with your mortgage or require advice in either of these areas then please feel free to get in touch at david@wilsoncook.co.uk*
Many Thanks

How our drivers felt about this space
Ideal location for events and hospitals, spacious on a quiet street, making it easy to find. Some access challenges due to neighboring vehicles, but overall a positive experience.

Location was perfect 25 mins walk from stadium we were attending but meant we avoided all congestion from people who parked nearby once everyone started heading home I would definitely use this space again

Great location for the hospital, just a few minutes walk. The actual drive had to be accessed from the neighbours drive because there’s no dropped kerb and two vehicles were parked across the parking space. It made it very awkward.
Susannah B5th May 2023
When I came to collect my car neighbours had parked in ways which made it very difficult for me to get out of the parking space, having nearly boxed me in.

Thanks Dave. Perfect
