Will never book with just park again. I paid over £20 to reserve a parking space, and then had to pay another £16 on exiting the car park as "no booking had been registered" for my car. Horrendous service. Avoid at all costs.

I booked in advance for three nights and paid in advance. I left the car park half an hour before the end of my booking and was charged £16.50 on departing, for no reason. There was a queue of cars behind me so I had to pay, I got a copy of the receipt and emailed JustPark to ask for a refund but got no response.

I booked the space at the Hilton Glasgow but as it's an underground car park with no phone signal I couldn't use the app once we entered the car park. On exit our vehicle registration was read but the Justpark booking wasn't recognised and we had to pay a second time to exit the car park.

Had booked in advance but despite the fact I turned up an hour after my slot started I still needed to drive round several times for some to leave before I was able to find a space. So not sure why I bothered booking in. The first place
