Great carpark. Central. A little bit tight getting into but convenient and secure. 1st level was very busy but lower level lots of spaces. Does need a bit of cosmetic work as a big tired buy exactly what we needed.

Booked my timeslot, car park was full when i arrived, no help on site, just had to sit and wait until someone left

Following directions from the M8 was mensa level satnav. The instructions for the access process were inaccurate. the space was supposed to be big enough for a van, they weren't. Finally when I tried to leave on time the exit barrier failed to lift. the number plate recognition did not work. I pressed the intercom 3 times with no answer. My passenger had to go to Hilton reception to get it lifted. there was a queue of other cars held up behind me waiting to leave. Apparently the same thing happened to others. Very frustrating. I sincerely hope I am not going to be overcharged.
