It took a few minutes to figure out that the code runs left to right from the padlock loop end to the butt of the padlock. The way it was hanging I thought it must have been the other way around. Anyway, I figured it out so all good. As for the parking spot, it's in a great location for parking right next to the city centre and I'd happily use it again. Brilliant, thanks :)

Never used the space in the end as had trouble trying to unlock the padlock…terrible set up! Had to go and find alternate parking in a rush after this disaster
