Parking space as described and easy to find with directions. However, someone was parked in the space! I contacted the owner and they were so concerned even though they were away, and did as much as they could to look into the matter and do as much as they could from their side in trying to get things resolved. The same could be said to customer support Natasha, and they did all they could. I didn't get the space, as the owner of that car had stepped away and didn't respond to their messages from the owner once they found out who had parked there. But you are in good hands with the home owner as they were so concerned and offered alternative parking, so I was able to get to the gig at Hampden Park without further concerns over my head.
