Booking was very easy
Unfortunately I did not know the number plate as we were hiring a rental car the same date and it let me write rental as the number plate.
So when we arrived we could not get in and had a booking in town in 20 minutes.
I phoned the agent they said to contact the kiosk.
We found the kiosk by the exit ( 10 minutes to appointment) fortunately the staff at the carpark allowed me to park as they saw my booking but did not know which park I might have booked however they saved the day thank you to them
Your site should probably not allow people to book with RENTAL as the number plate……

Super easy to prepay and park. The entrance is on Adam’s Ct Lane, not Jamaica St as the app indicated.

We needed an attendant to let us in to the parkade even after assurances were given from your help line attendant that our code would work there

Parking lot was clean, parking spaces were wide enough. Entering and exiting the parking lot by foot was easy. We used this P to go to the commonwealth games, it's a nice walk to the Hydro.
