When I arrived I scanned the QR code provided and the barrier didn’t work, I pressed the help button twice and no one answered or came to help. Had ended up paying double for parking. Have requested a refund.

So easy, just book online drive in, the barrier goes up and you park your car, going out was the same with no fussing about with tickets
