simple and easy

I couldn't find the car park, was a nightmare trying to navigate driving through Glasgow for the first time. I followed the sat nav link and it said location on the right but there was no car park. I didn't see any signage. Ended up using another car park. Waste of money. Very stressful. Won't use again.

Quickly, efficiently and professionally

All went well apart from the entrance not being clearly signposted.

Didn’t use the parking space as appointment was cancelled at short notice I understand the policy but I think something could have been offered

I’d checked NCP car parks websites for parking in Glasgow on a Sunday evening and JustPark was significantly cheaper. Definitely recommend

Lack of info on how things worked. We were unable to get back into the car park as it not at all clear how to use the qr code to open the door.We had to wait until someone else came and opened the door. Also had difficulty at the barrier to exit car park. Had to buzz for help, got no response, reverse back and tried another barrier. Still unable to exit, had to buzz again, which thankfully was answered. All pretty stressful and time consuming as we had left my elderly mother waiting out on the street as she can't walk far.
