I pre booked yesterday and today. The gate wouldn’t open yesterday so I had to get a ticket and pay on exit.
I also pre booked today and again it didn’t work and I had to get a ticket so will need to pay again tomorrow on exit.
How do I get a refund for the ticket I paid for yesterday and possibly tomorrow if it doesn’t work again?
Terrible service I won’t be using it again.

The booking was very easy and the actual parking was not as tight as other places. I only have it 4 stars as the barrier was meant to open automatically on exit but it didn’t. We had to contact customer service and say who we had booked through and our booking reference. It was not what we needed after a long journey. Just make sure you fulfil the guarantee you make
