Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow Airport Car Park

Easy to book,good directions to parking. Used JustPark several times with considerable satisfaction.

Easy parking only a short walk to the airport follow the signs.

I booked this space in good faith having used it before. A few weeks later I received a fine saying I hadn't paid. I appealed this with evidence of my parking receipt, only to lose the appeal because apparently I should have used another company to book the space through and should have been aware that there were no "Just Park" signs displayed. I have now appealed again and am awaiting a decision. But I would like to know WHY Just Park are selling these spaces if they are not permitted to and customers are being fined. NOT HAPPY

⭐☆☆☆☆ I would strongly advise others to think twice before using JustPark. I booked and prepaid for parking at Courtyard by Marriott Glasgow Airport through JustPark. The booking confirmation instructed me to “Park in any available bay”, which I did. Despite having paid in full and following the instructions provided, I later received a £100 parking charge notice. I appealed the charge and supplied my JustPark booking confirmation and proof of payment. However, the appeal was rejected on the basis that payment should have been made through a different parking provider, YourParkingSpace. As a customer, I booked through JustPark, paid through JustPark, and followed the instructions given by JustPark. It is unreasonable to expect customers to know about arrangements between different parking providers after a booking has been accepted and paid for. This experience has been stressful, time-consuming, and extremely disappointing. A prepaid parking booking should not result in a £100 parking charge because of apparent issues between parking operators and booking platforms. I will not be using JustPark again and cannot recommend the service based on my experience.

I've paid via your website but I got a fine from Marriott Hotel because they didn't know that I paid for their car parking.

Very simple , straightforward parking in safe location with very reasonable price.

All was very good (price, location, ease of acess, size of car park, distance from airport, number of spaces, etc.) until we received a penalty charge notice from Park Maven for £100!

I have received a parking charge for this stay despite paying - Not great that this hasn't went across to the carpark owner. I'll need to waste time contesting this...
