Parking was fine and everything was good apart from the fact that I had trouble getting in as the 'open barrier' link wouldn't work for me. I couldn't get any support due to my parking starting early morning before customer service opened.

Slight issue with the app and getting barrier to open but upon refreshing I was able to get in with a small (but still stressful) delay. Excellent on way out - immediately worked.
Good location with regular local bus service to LGW - would use again

When we arrived there was no way to open the gate - but that was because I had the app opened some time before the start of the booking. After a restart of the app, a button appeared to open the gate!
