Situated underneath a block of flats on the modern Ochre Yards estate, this is a numbered, exclusive space with 24 hour access, automatic lighting, CCTV coverage and is partly sheltered (sheltered for accessing your vehicle). There is also an on site caretaker in the day to keep an eye on things. You can park up, walk to the High Level Bridge and walk straight into Newcastle city centre - No fuss !

The council has now installed yellow lines all around the estate and I have seen many ticketed vehicles so far - have peace of mind and relax - get your own parking space on the estate. Check out my positive feedback from other satisfied parkers!!
Bonus - If parking for more than 48 hours then I will also personally do a brief visual inspection of your vehicle around once a day, just to check your vehicle is safe. In the unlikely event of any problem I would contact you as soon as possible.

Excellent and safe parking spot. The space was reserved with the traffic cone as described. Great spot to get in to the city centre, will use again next time I'm needing to get in to the city centre.

Really pleased with this booking. Easy directions on profile directed me straight to the parking bay with no hassle or delays. Walked across the bridge to the train station / city centre in just over ten mins. Will use again when next back in Newcastle. Recommended! Cheers :)

Lovely guy who was understanding when we were late back on our day of departure due to a dreadful train journey. A good location, only a few minutes walk from the Tyne and Newcastle. A safe and spacious parking bay in a nice area.

Decent-sized space. Parked our medium-sized van (Citroen Dispatch) here easily. Under cover but plenty of overhead clearance for tall vehicles. Space was easy enough to find with the detailed instructions provided. Good value too.

This is a brilliant parking space because:
It is in covered area
It is in a quiet area and feels safe
Very reasonable charge
It is very easy and speedy walk to Newcastle centre across the High Level Bridge
Clear instructions from the owner
My sat nav is a couple of years old and did not recognise the address. It sent me to the road on the other side of the railway tracks. To assist future visitors I suggest programming in Half Moon Lane followed by High Level Road, from there the instructions are very clear and it is easy to find. Thank you

Have used this space twice this year,once to walk to St.James' Park, approx 30 minutes which I thought was no time as once you cross over the high level bridge to your right as you leave the parking space, you are in Newcastle city centre,and once to catch the train to Edinburgh from Newcastle Railway Station 15 minutes walking over the bridge!! Great value for money.
