Large space, easy to find and quick and easy walk to St James park.

Easy to find in a quiet residential area, like others I used the sign on the building due to the floor markings being faded.
No issues and returned to car un damaged.
If walking in to Newcastle be aware there is a steep hill.

I confirmed this was the right space by looking at the supplied photos and checking for the presence of the red sign on the building wall and brown trellis structure.
No traffic delays at all getting back to the A1 after the football match at St James Park

The space was relatively easy to find. My Sat Nav overshot the location slightly so I used the picture on the booking to work out where I needed to be. There looks to be some faded numbers on the floor which is a shame they aren't legible to help convince me I was in the right spot.
Felt safe leaving my car there and the space was ample for my larger than average SUV. Walking from the space into Newcastle was straightforward and took 10-15 minutes.
