Hi there,
I found the parking website ok to use initially but when I tried to extend it last week until Saturday 22/6, when I was going home it extended my pkg until yesterday 26/6 and I couldn't change it. So ended up paying more. So was very disappointed with that.

Great car park just very rarely any space!
I paid for a weekly parking ticket and used it for 3 out of 5 days I was there due to lack of spaces.
Contacted JustPark to see if they could switch my booking to another nearby car park as per the guidance in the FAQs and the response I got wasn't relevant to my query, so I replied asking again and got no response. Just hoping I haven't been penalised for using another car park.
