Space description
Multiple spaces located in Glen Nevis 200 meters from the beginning of Ben Nevis path, Visitor Centre and right next to West Highland Way. For overnight parking we take camper van and small motorhomes 7,5 meters maximum with OWN ONBOARD TOILET. We do not take roof box tents. Overnight parking must only be done on the hard surface. During daytime hours we take cars and small vans maximum size 6 meters. Pay upon entry or through Just Park. Paying through Just Park will add a fee on top of the prices the owner charges. All dogs must be on a lead at all times due to live stock in area and all dog fouling and litter MUST be removed and disposed of responsibly. Leave no trace. Toilet facilities across the road at Ben Nevis Visitor Centre. No using grounds at any kind of toilet facility. All parking and driving on the premises happens at own risk.

£15 - all day and overnight parking with own facilities less than 24 hours
£20 - 24 hour parking with own facilities

Would never use this app again.
Used it to pay for a motorhome spot for the night in Fort William. Charged us £44.44 only for on the invoice email it to say the rates for the night were between £10 and £15. I questioned this with them to be told it was what it was and as I had paid I couldn't get a refund (how else was I meant to pay for the night stay? I was stuck and so had to use the app at the rate it charged).
However of most concern and the reason for the 1 star rating, was that fact that by booking through the app we were not told about the gates being locked at night, and what the code was to get out if and when we needed to. I raised this with them too, and they were not concerned or apologetic and were not going to look into it so it did not happen again.
So if you are concerned about safety or value for money then this is not the app to use.
UPDATE after JustPark response:
Well that is an interesting response, very different from what I got when I privately emailed them. Just shows how unsavoury they really are. Waiting to show publicly like they are caring but in private don't give two hoots.
I have let goboony know about this so they can let their users know to be aware of their sharp practices and lack of care for people's safety.

Terrible. Doesn’t even exist on the map. We drive to the coordinates you provided and it was all locked. Don’t even try to tell me it wasn’t locked last night because I have a picture of it locked at night and in the morning. I want a refund because I had to go to another campsite.
UPDATE: I reached out to the email they provided, and they never responded to me. Scammers. I had to go through my bank to get a refund.

Perfect location for secure & guaranteed parking right close to the Ben Nevis start point by the visitors centre. Kenny was lovely & messaged us instructions before - I just missed it as I was driving!

Gate was locked and had to find elsewhere go park, awful experience.
Please update the information on how / where to park if parking field will be shut.
