Unfortunately what could have been a good experience, wasn't. First off, we have a smart car and it's a good thing we do as the space was quite tight. Secondly - He also asked us to come an hour early with 3 days notice and said if we couldn't we'd have to find another spot - 3 days notice to find other Christmas Day parking is not doable so we had no choice but to come early.
Thirdly - The space is very secure - problem is it's too secure when the space owner decides to leave early even though you were booked for another half hour and leave you with no way to get in or out of the locked parkade. After traveling for 13 hours the last thing you need is to spend an extra 40 minutes trying to get to your own car in a spot you paid for. The owner decided to just not answer our calls even though we were 5 minutes away.
We had booked more than enough time, and he still left us there then asked us to mail the parking permit which would've been even more of an inconvenience for us. This was not acceptable. As someone near an airport that books their stall out, they need to be able to expect that there may be flight delays and they need to be available for people to get their vehicles in and out.

Good location for a quick Uber to airport. Easy to access and securely locked gates. No issues dropping off or collecting car - just a quick call to owner who promptly came to open gates for us.

Covered parking with secure access (key fob and parking permit required), close to Heathrow Airport. Recommended for anyone looking for short term parking near the airport.
