Tight spaces, waited foe someone to leave - top tip don’t open the app until you are definitely leaving your car as the clocked time is for when the app is opened not when you actually managed to pay the money! Costs for every minute you get stuck!

Machine at car park didn't work at all and charged me wrong! Then had to download this app just to pay the money again so I don't risk a ticket. Needs to be fixed!

Spaces very small. In addition the cars parked either side of me had their wheels on the line that made the space even smaller for my Honda CRV. I had to let the passengers out as it was difficult to open the doors once un the space. Conveniently located, rather expensive !
