There is easy access to the M5 junction 30 'A' road intersection and coastal routes. For public transport, Digby & Sowton (10-minute away) runs into the City Centre, Topsham and Exmouth (nearby costal towns). There is a bus service at the bottom of Apple Lane (5-minute walk away).
