It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Nuffield and the RD&E hospitals.
It is on the H bus route and close to other bus routes (Topsham Road and Heavitree Road).

Perfect space for me. Great location, 10 min walk from city centre. Easy to find. I have a mini so was fine for me but larger vehicles may struggle with space.
