It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Nuffield and the RD&E hospitals.
It is on the H bus route and close to other bus routes (Topsham Road and Heavitree Road).

Good value parking system. Easy to book and sort date and time with variety of different options and photo of parking space. Email confirmation received without delay once booked. It felt safer leaving my car overnight by a house rather than a public car park.

Perfect space for me. Great location, 10 min walk from city centre. Easy to find. I have a mini so was fine for me but larger vehicles may struggle with space.
