The gentleman owner was happy to confirm I'd parked in the correct space, when I knocked on his door. He was just setting off to the Exeter Chiefs match at Sandy Park, as was I & he guided me all the way to the stadium!

Easy to find; was slightly put off by the NO PARKING - door in constant use" sign on Garage door!
Authorised parking only - would have left me reassured that I was in the right place!
