Space description
please ignore my last reviewer ( a newbie), Richard G .... unable to do comprehension and or dial my number. Right in the middle of Exeter. Close to Central Station, The High Street and St. David's station. Look at the map. These spaces are behind Richmond Road.Only use red Numbered bays 1,2 or 3 in private car park off service road behind 21/22 Richmond Road. EX4 4JF now marked in red. Because there is a one way system pl follow instructions carefully. Great for Central Station (4 minute walk ) and St David's Station (7 minute walk) .This is not a Council managed site. If there is a parking ticket machine you are in the wrong place !!!! It is off service road behind Richmond Road. What 3 words ..... gent.blend.living

Parking space was difficult to find particularly with some streets being one way.
I am not particularly familiar with roads in Exeter

Sital P10th March 2026
This was a great place to park! Thank you so much. Easy to find and a large bay
Richard H8th November 2025
Marked the space as easy to find - but that is mainly because of the *excellent* directions, and Google navigation right to the car park. It wouldn't have been easy otherwise! :) Also full marks for answering the phone immediately when we couldn't immediately see the marked spaces (in the dark). Great location for the Exeter Phoenix (about six minutes walk). Nice and quiet - and safe. We'll be looking here first next time we're down, thank you!
Shane M5th April 2025
Great location and sucure parking. quite a big pot hole just before entering the carpark. so be careful with vehicles that have low front end, especially evening. Will be using again many thanks
