Convenient and well-located parking space near Exeter City FC. Generally easy to find, though some users noted minor confusion regarding allocated spots.

Despite owner saying to park in any space, another resident came and told me I'd parked In their space and that I should park In allocated spot. JP says the space was no.1. There were no numbers only letters. The space the other resident told me was allocated was 'x' and note saying it was JP space was blank sheet of paper? Suggest the allocated space marked better and customers told to use the only space to avoid irritating other residents
