The car space is on a tarmac drive way with a garage behind, a rendered wall to the side of the house and is open to the neighbours drive besides ours, apart from where the front gates divide our spaces. There is a delineator mark to there rear of the drive also, and we are on good terms with our lovely neighbours so no problems there. It also has a bright, motion detector security light, that iluminates the full drive.
You can drive in forwards or reverse with ease. It is in a well lit neighbourhood watch residential area, of which we are also members. You can walk from the car space past the houses to the 'J' bus stop, or to the 'Newcourt Station' (Code NCO on National Rail on the Avocet Exmouth Line whichthere are regular transfers to the direct train to London changing at Exeter Central/St. David's). Ideal for any commuting workers. You are also just a 15 minute walk from the lush town of Topsham. We have a play park within 4 mins walk and large open green spaces with play frames and benches so if you are grabbing a bite to eat in the sunshine its a nice area. It is a easy to reach from the M5 (1.8miles / 5min drive) and all other major routes from the city.
It is also in (0.5 mile/10 min) walking distance from the Exeter Chiefs rugby stadium and is ideal safe place for your vehicle.
