To start with the app was very easy to use.
On booking you are sent directions to the location you choose. Also you have the opportunity to view the location in real time which I found very reassuring before you book. Once you have fully completed you get a swift response and also an email from the owner thanking you and also his phone details if you get a problem which I found again reassuring instead of going via a call center. All in all a great app to use. 5*
