Easy to find and served us well for the day. No issues at all.
Note that if you have a wide car - mine is a SUV - it is in a row of parking spaces and the gap is not very big. Especially if the cars either side are not aligned in their slot. It was not easy to open doors once parked for us.

All fine. I would recommend if the owner could put some kind of sign as it is unclear where to park. Luckily we asked the neighbour who showed us the spot.
