The listing said something along the lines of 'use the picture to work out where to park', but (especially after seeing another review that said they got tickets after parking here) I didn't feel I could risk leaving my car. Every part of this car park appeared to have big signs up stating it was max 3 hours parking, with no indication that any other parking might be allowed. And from the instructions, I couldn't tell if the Just Park spaces were anywhere across the entire car park or just in one area.
The instructions needed to be MUCH clearer, to state exactly what areas are okay to park in AND say to ignore the 3-hr max signs, and/or signage is needed in the car park stating that "up-to-all-day" spots can be reserved in advance via Just Park.

Despite booking the space, we received a series of parking violation letters, one a day the entire time the space was in use. When appealing, the appeal was rejected despite our reservation of the space. It required us to manually download and send all payment receipts to appeal each one of the 12 different fines we received a second time, leading us to terminate our booking. Entirely useless service.
