I have a spacious drive that can be easily parked on, Epping Station is about a 10 minute walk. CCTV cameras are in opperation although this area is very safe.

Two issues. There was a car already in front of garage (which turned out to be the owners). Parking space on other side of forecourt was fine. Couldn't contact anyone on phone or by doorbell but luckily family member arrived.
Some advice: don't drive from Tube station via Bower Hill/Brook Rd as road blocked by what looks like long-term bridge repairs in Bridge Hill - use Centre Drive. It was a safe spot to park though.

The space was easy to find but I had a few minor issues. A road closure meant you couldn't access the properly easily, a note on the access instructions would have been helpful. The space is further from the tube station than JustPark says 15 minute walk vs the 10 minutes stated. Due to the location of other cards on the drive it was tricky to get out of the space at the end of the day.
Otherwise a good space.
