The booking process is great and the instructions were clear. It was easy to view the parking location, and I could book odd time frames, in my case 28 hours with the option to extend via the app. My booking completed just over a week ago and I've not received any parking tickets yet, so it looks like the system works and the price was pretty good too.

I drove straight into the car park , found a space close to where we needed to walk. My friend has mobility issues but is not bad enough for a blue badge. The car was secure and we used 3 hours of parking whereas we would only have been entitled to two penalty free hours. Took away all the hassle.
