The space is very large, measuring 3.7 metres across. I rent the car space long-term myself, and it is situated directly by my back door entrance to my apartment. The private carpark is mostly used for professionals who work nearby. There are three residences that back onto the carpark- myself included. You can park your car with the reassurance that there is security lighting and people coming/going from their homes.
Situated in the city centre, it is less than 5 minutes from the bus station and St Andrews square tram stop (direct to and from the airport), and 5 minutes from Waverley Train Station.

Less than 10 minutes to George Street and Princes Street for shopping, Calton Hill for incredible views of the city and also close to Stockbridge (weekend market, plus restaurants/cafes/shopping).
