Radisson Blu Edinburgh Car Park

We were charged twice. Absolute rip off!

Easy to find, and easy to enter car park as number plate recognised and barrier opened automatically. Expected the same to happen upon exit, but display requested payment of £70 despite recognising the number plate. Had to open the app and request barrier to open. Fortunately nobody behind as I was blocking one of the exits

Easy to enter and park. Once leaving couldn't open the gate, the app said I was too far away from it for it to work. Pressed the help button on the podium and spoke to reception, once he looked up the booking he let us out ok as we had already pre paid.

Clear instructions to find a difficult entrance to an Edinburgh city centre car park Only issue was we were charged again by hotel to leave at barrier. However this was immediately repaid on contacting JustPark the morning after. Would recommend

Parking was fine but exiting was a nightmare. Can't find the pedestrian entrance into the car park (no signs and the exit was a one-way fire door). We and another confused group only got in when the shutters opened to let a car out and we all snuck in via the car exit. The in-app buttons to open the barriers didn't open despite following the instructions and then it tried to charge me again to exit. I had to wait on hold for several minutes while at the exit for someone at the hotel to answer the phone and convince them to open the barriers to let use leave since we'd already paid. Eventually they did. Awful leaving experience - they should invest in some signs, fix their dodgy justpark integration and in the meantime be avoided.

The barrier wouldn’t open because we overstayed the time that we had booked for by a couple of minutes. We therefore had to pay again at a machine. However, when we contacted JustPark later to explain this, they refunded our original payment without quibble. Impressive customer service

I paid for the parking and then it made us pay when we left the car park anyway so ended up paying £24 for 1.5 hours parking. Also very hard to park in the car park.
