Easy to book and space exactly as described, definitely book through it again

Furious, I was offered this space when someone took the space I'd originally booked. First space I booked had been taken by a black BMW. Spent 30 mins on the phone to Justpark, was allocated an alternative further away. Followed new directions, arrived to find another black BMW there too. Ended up paying £15 to park for 3 hours on a nearby street. And Justpark say they do not offer refunds!
