The description as to how to get to the parking space was wrong. The parking space I was allocated did not have a reference number. I parked in the space I guessed was correct as the whole process had already taken 30 minutes of my life. I still don't know if my car was parked correctly or I was lucky.

There was already a car occupying the space I had booked when I arrived. I could not call the space owner and needed to leave for my concert as time was tight. I was forced to book a different space nearby. I would like a refund.
