Excellent - a 5-star experience

This parking space was ideal for me. The instructions for locating it were easy to folllow. In particular, the photographs in the briefing - with overlayed outlines around the spaces - tied well together to make this so. Also, having an alternate slot as a standby was a bonus, albeit not needed on this occasion. I'd happily book here again. Many thanks for the facility.

The space I had pre booked had another car in it when I turned up. I tried to call the space owner but they didn’t answer. All in all a dreadful experience, money wasted and an unhappy customer. In the process of trying to request a refund but still awaiting a response.

I only parked once in the advertised slot. the next day, a red car parked in the space without the knowledge of the owner, so I had to park at a space by the corner as advised by the space owner. The red car was not removed from the slot until my 4 days' booking expired.

I didn't utilise this parking space as I did not know the transaction had gone through. I booked another location nearby but could not cancel this one once I realised.

Does what it says on the tin. Paid online. In the day parked in the allocated spot. I drove my car several times while in the area and the spot was always vacant for me to park my car. Thank you

Space was easy to find and perfect for where we were going. Would definitely use again.
