Easy to book. Great price. When I arrived there were no spaces. I don’t really understand the point of booking if you aren’t guaranteed a space. Fortunately someone left a few minutes later but then more people arrived who had booked and there were no spaces for. When I phoned tve number I was told spaces weren’t guaranteed but this is what a web search says “Yes, JustPark guarantees a space through its pre-booking system, and offers a Booking Guarantee if something goes wrong on arrival. This means you are guaranteed a space if you book in advance, though commercial sites manage their inventory and some private spaces have a guarantee on their listed availability”. Thanks I appreciate your reply. When I phoned the number on the car park gate they said booking was no guarantee of a space and offered a refund. They didn’t offer an alternative space. I’m not sure if I was speaking to someone from just park.

booking from last night(15th) last space, other cars park where you like- still waiting on code( says no where near your location) sorry- been, gone and home again( still waiting) codes on the app didn't work( other people had to let the car out) wasn't even me, it was my partner (sat night, Edinburgh, female, my car, my phone) codes don't work- really More than a little disappointed

The location and price was very good however it was a very challenging space to get to down a very narrow alley and the "open door' function on the app didn't work. The first manual code provided also didn't work. Fortunately the third option, a "one time only" code, did work.

Turned up and car park was full. There was another car also waiting for a space.

Parking was safe and secure. Entrance is not big enough for cars. Car has been damaged entering and leaving the car park as it is so narrow and dark with a very high kerb at the end.

A very straightforward experience and all was as expected. Would not hesitate to book the parking space again.

The little lane to the garage door was a bit of challenge. The garage is not recommended for big vehicles. Once inside the parking garage it seemed secure.
