Took us quite a while to find the spot as the estate is a bit of a maze! the spot was labelled really well once we found the address though. It was a perfect fit (had to squeeze out the doors a bit), but the location felt safe enough. It was very quiet and I probably could have parked on the road for free but at least this was guaranteed. An easy walk to the tram.
