Approached barrier and immediately open as pre booked straight to parking area automotive barrier activated after reading the registration plate.

It didn't let me in on the way in as described so we took a ticket. We then paid for it the normal way at the machine and then when we left it obviously recognised the number plate and worked so we paid for parking twice! But it was only an hour, so it's fine

Not sure which space to park in, all reserved.
The space we parked in was disabled with a note on saying park here if nowhere else to park but it was still parking in a disabled bay.

layout of the actual car park is a bit difficult to navigate, ended up going round a couple of times a bit lost. location is good however. 10 minute walk to the Royal Mile.
