Regus Edinburgh Princes Street - (Rose Street) UPPER Car Park

Great idea at the time but got a parking charge, wish I'd read the reviews before. Been in Australia since the first letter arrived and have come home to it now being sent to debt recovery agents apparently and now costing £170.

beware got a parking ticket for parking here despite pre booking, very difficult to find and to get out onto main roads. convenient for shopping but not worth appealing the fine!

The address could be communicated more clearly. Also the lack of sign on the road to go in and out from the park. Apart that everything was alright.

Difficult to find and access is down a pedestrian zone. Weren't sure if we could drive through and spent quite a while driving round trying to find it. Have just got home and we have been sent a £60 parking fine!

Avoid we got a £60 PCN for parking here despite booking for the whole day. Now I'm having to waste time disputing it. Don't give this person your money, park elsewhere

The booking process was easy to do, the location was great, right in the centre of Edinburgh. Will certainly use you next time we are coming through to Edinburgh.

The car park itself was a nightmare to find, there wasn't any signage but when we asked someone who worked nearby and they were able to direct us. Once we found it, it was very secure and plenty of space - now that I know how to find it, I will be using it again.

Very poor booking system... the vendor was unable/unwilling to simply change a registration number. I had to cancel and find another space instead of a simple amendment to existing booking. Caused a big problem for our trip. Avoid.
