Booked and paid for parking over a month in advance. When I arrived after driving for 6 hours, there was no space. JustPark told me to contact the car park owner and they said they don’t deal with any JustPark spaces and to speak to them again.
Was on hold for over 15 minutes on New Year’s Eve night when the call was answered by a lady who was so uninterested and blazé. Ended up allocating me a space 2 miles further away which meant I needed to get an Uber to my hotel and still haven’t received call back or refund for original parking which was £30+ more expensive than the one I was reallocated to. Really not happy! Will never use again
