Hermits Croft Car Park

Street lighting needed as the car park is almost pitch black, making it feel unsafe.

Everything went smoothly. After arrival we just told our license plate and parked in one of many space park places.

Parking in Edinburgh is always a bit of a faff, but with JustPark it was a breeze. Knowing we had a parking space was such a relief, definitely recommend!

The owner was incredibly nice, everything was super clean ! We’d love to come again.

Booked on line the night before. Really easy to get to, and the man in the kiosk took our details and showed us where to park. Great for all of the city attractions.

The name on the entrance of the car park was different to the one on the booking confirmation which caused a lot of stress, particularly as the postcode didn't take us all the way to the car park. We had no idea if we were in the right place.

No prior warning space was run by just park and needed payment via app. I didn't have the app and there was a poor signal so the app was saying one hour to download. In the event it took 20 minutes and I had to go back to find the car park i d number and only just made it to my event in time. Also had a notice up saying ring owners if you return after hours and the car park is closed but it didn't give time of closure.

Excellent service - way to book, pay, find, park and even extend if required. Will definitely use again and if visiting Edinburgh this is a perfect location - only a ten minute walk to the festival theatre and surrounded by a brilliant selection of eateries.

The signpost at the entrance is confusing, it does not say Hermits Croft carpark but St Leonards. We were not sure that we were at the right place. When I tried to call the helpline for advise, nobody answered.
