Easy access. Great location

Parking space had a bollard in it which was locked meaning I could not enter the space. Looking at other reviews it appears I am not the only one to experience this!

The instructions for finding space could say its on the left - we struggled to find it! Also could the owner please cut the hedge thats next to the space to make it easier to get in/out of car.

Great parking spot but it is tight. We were in a Land Rover Discovery Sport and tbh we just fitted and no more. My husband who was the driver almost didn't get out of the door due to the hedge on his side. Fabulous location for the Festival Theatre and very easy to find. The barrier does not need a key, but you have to physically push it away and then pull towards you and it drops down. Would certainly use again.

easy to find, extremely handy for our meeting at Greyfriars Charteris. Would have been handy to know how to move the space saving device but we figured it out.

Easy booking process and description of the space was accurate. The garden bed next to the space is getting a bit overgrown, maybe needs some attention as it impacts passengers getting in and out.

Arrived half hour before the panto started as i had parked in this space before. Arrived to the bollard in upwards position, got out car, tried to lower it but wasn't able, my husband also tried and couldn't get it to budge. Rang the owner, no answer, knowing i had 20 minutes to find alternative parking and get to theatre i drove away to then get a text telling me to text as they couldn't answer, explained that i could gain access to be told "Not locked". We honestly couldn't figure out how to open. Told the owner i had to park elsewhere, no answer not even an apology! Maybe you need to provide instructions on how to lower the bollard for future as i have noticed I am NOT the only person this has happened to! Ended up paying yourselves and alternative parking in town!

Simple clear instructions. Perfect city parking for the venue. Easy to book, great communication.

Arrived at the car park space that I booked and the bollard wasn’t put down for my arrival. The metal bollard was immovable as it needed a key. Contacted the space owner 3 times by phone and 1 text message to which they never responded any. I had to find alternative parking at very late notice which was extremely stressful and made me late for university.
