Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa, Edinburgh Car Park

Easy to use for pre booking and ease of payment!

Originally showed one amount of charge until went to payments then I believe was company profit charges, which is kind hidden costs until the end. Other part is not stated that you have to go into hotel (if so parking there) to validate the ticket , another hasle as you expecting make the payment fill the details be in and out but unfortunately have to go around and look for members of staff to complete your exit.

Straight forward and simple.

I did not realise the parking ticket required validation at the hotel reception before exit. Had to return to parking space then go into the hotel. I am sure customers would appreciate this being clearer on your website.

We had trouble finding your parking garage, and wound up parking in the wrong garage and not getting to use the reservation we made. 10 pounds for nothing.

Used this app a couple of times and it was ok.

Car parking not clear enough at Sheraton at all and ended up having to pay twice! Very disappointed!

It was costly, but the process worked well, everyone at hotel whose car park we used seemed aware and ready
