Easy booking process

See your parking options on a map of the area with their prices for the time selected. I have used it twice. Both times I have found the parking site easily. I recommend the hotel ones as it gives peace of mind that a person is there to help and they are easy to know you are in the right place. I used Kensington high street car park but the name on the site is Horton street car park so this led to a stressful time of working out whether we were in the right place. There was someone to help us on site and it took around 5 mins to find them. I would recommend the concept and I will use again.

Easy to navigate website, Parking garage very convenient for the Theatre.

over all good Parking space , used twice still happy. however parking bays are just size of avg cars not much cushan .... but plenty of available space...also this car doesn't give you extention of an hr or after 6hrs parking still nothing free expensive option

Booked for a lengthy stay and paid the according price. Unfortunately, the carpark was so poorly signposted we ended up in what we thought was the correct destination (a carpark in the grounds of the hotel) and went about our business for the day, only to be told when we validated our ticket that it wasn’t and had to pay another charge! Poor directions on the booking email and lack of signposting cost me double what it should have.

We were half an hour late (our bad) but to charge £30 fine was over the top!

Joining and payment were easy. Had to check with staff about the actual carpark I booked.
