I’m giving 2 stars because we didn’t actually get to use the service. When we arrived to our booked slot (on time) there was a car parked in it. I was touring so didn’t have enough data to contact the host through the app - but luckily some Neighbour a were close by that confirmed that was definitely the spot so at least we could move on to another parking space as we were on a schedule for the day. We feel confident that the company will refund the fee as the service was not only used but it caused an inconvenience to us too.
