Very easy to find , great value for money ideal location

Basically we arrived slightly early and tried to pay for the extra time and wasn't able to through the app although there was 5 empty spaces available when we arrived so eventually we got to speak with a lady who was saying she couldn't book it for us and that we would have to leave and enter the parking at our designated time so we stated well that doesn't really equate to what we're asking we are now on your camera as entering early so why can't we just pay. I said at the end of the day we're not trying to get away with it we're offering to pay so I said can she send us a email confirming that we have offered to pay. She ended the conversation by saying I will put that I asked you to leave so we said end of day it's a car park which tells you to download the app so you can book it and with having empty spaces of which were still empty at the time of our booking.like I said we weren't trying to cheat you so I found this system terrible.

Once we found the car park, and despite being pre-paid, there was one remaining space next to the exit/entry gate, the gate having a steel bar pointing into the space made parking extremely difficult, it also meant that my car was only inches from the car to my left. Reasonable prices which is why I have awarded 3 stars, if I’d paid more it would’ve been 1 star.

Very easy to do

Good car park with spaces available and sufficient room to manoeuvre. It was a little difficult to find as the address doesn’t match the road access and the postcode took us to the main road at the other side of the building!

Very easy to use service and the car park was exactly where we needed to be. I found the price really good considering how close it is to the city centre, would definitely recommend and will be using again.

I booked in advance but as an open car park not guaranteed a spot

Prebooked parking but parking was full when we arrived as people could just come and pay to park, no system to say it is full. We had to park just outside of railings in a non designated parking place, however locals not happy and taking pictures of the cars that did this, would not recommend.
