Really simple to use, although for some reason the photos of the space did not load properly on my confirmation email when I opened it on my phone. However, the instructions were easy to follow to get us to the car park. Good service and already planning to use again on a future city trip.

We arrived at the car park and followed the instructions correctly with a just park customer service personnel and sadly we were unable to get into the car park due to the pin for the key throb to open barrier being incorrect. We were unable to access the car park which made us late for our Fringe Show. Car park to be avoided.

Hard to know where to ark. Listing says there are 6 spaces available, but only 5 are marked on the plan view, all were full. Spaces marked on on the photos so not match the spaces on the plan view photo. Spent ages on phone to Justpark who were unable to contact the space owner & they couldn't offer me an alternative option. In the end I picked a space that looked right from the plan photo but was not shown as useable on the photos looking into the bays and kept my fingers crossed. Not ideal.

Very good, except that the outgoing gate was difficult to trip. Had to exit the vehicle to activate with my hand!

Master lock code does not work stuck on the car park for an hour trying to get out as we couldn’t get the fob out the lock

I mistakenly tried to open the wrong keysafe, which I assumed to be jammed since it did not respond to the PIN. I tried calling the JustPark helpline, but was stuck in a queue. Eventually found the correct keysafe while waiting for my call to be picked up.

Great parking spot with easy access in a quiet location. It felt safe and is ideal for visiting central Edinburgh. Would definitely use it again!
