Parking on Albany Street Lane, EH1

Everything was very good

It was easy to find and book a space very near where we wanted to go. However the space itself was very poor and should be advised differently. This is the fault of the space owner.

Good instructions and handy location for city centre.

I have a long car (Jag XF) and struggled to get in. I scraped my front wing.

Easy access an in the centre of Edinburgh. Safe area for parking.

I have a small car & still found the space quite tight

Buchung war ganz einfach, die Wegbeschreibung nachvollziehbar und der Parkplatz gut zu erreichen. Dazu günstiger als die öffentlichen Parkplätze. Gerne wieder.

Car parking space in the corner against 2 walls and too narrow for regular cars. Also obstructed by drainpipe. Cars can only be parked nose first or driver door can't open. If a car is in the adjoining space both drivers will struggle to open their doors. Location is good, but space difficult to very difficult to use for regular sized cars. Only small cars up to size of Golf should consider. Having to share key fob each time to enter not ideal particularly if you need to use your car regularly.

I could not access the parking space. The fob did not work. I called the owner and he could not help. How do I get a refund?
