Need to know
Drive to the car park - directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation. Take a ticket at the barrier, park in any space and keep your keys.
From there, catch the included shuttle bus to the terminal. It runs every 5-10 minutes 24 hours a day and takes 3 minutes.
When you return, catch the shuttle bus back to the car park from where it dropped you off. Drive to the barrier, insert your ticket into the machine and drive home.
Accessibility
The shuttle bus is wheelchair-friendly and there are designated Blue Badge bays which are on a first come, first served basis.

Early or late? The car park offers a 3-hour grace period at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £55 per day, £35 for every commenced 24hrs period thereafter. This is subject to change.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vans) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

On arrival at the parking station, the attendant told me that the payment that i made was pending ,therfore he would not let me park although i had showing him proof of payment that had been took out of my bank , he demanded that I payed an additional £159.59 ,before he would let me park in this caused me and my family so much unnecessary stress on to of the stress we already had due to a bereavement in the family.

Ideal location really. Parking was a bit tight as it was really full but not too tight that i couldn't get parked. Shuttle bus service was decent and we did t wait long when drop off or picking up.
