The parking never happened as the family had an emergency where an ambulance had to attend I need a refund which the drive owner agreed

I have parked on this drive several times now and always try to book rather than use the NCP near by. I've always been given clear instructions and the spot is so convenient for the tube station with a Tesco Express opposite for those long journey home essentials.
