So disappointed for leaving me in a mess for me to serve parking charges. This has not been once or twice. It has been done numerous times. Why will you charge people like me to be in problems? I don't think JUSTPARK COMPANY have served me rightly or satisfactorily. I'm so sad for such an excuse to receive from the telephone conversation. I make sure to tell people not to use JUSTPARK COMPANY because they've made me experience and are not willing to rectify the problem.

We found the exit to the car park easily, although Finding the entrance was tricky but found it in the end.

Difficult to find. Not clear which entrance to go in when did find it. Despite instructions was concerned about getting a ticket so had printed off just park booking and displayed in windscreen.
