Parking on Tideswell Road, BN21

Great location just a few minutes walk from the pier and seafront. The space isn't numbered but a quick phone call to the helpful owner clarified where it was (directly opposite No 2.) Will definitely use again if I revisit Eastbourne.

The parking space wasn't exactly easy to find due to not having a sign to say it's for number 1 flat. Once we guessed the parking space from photos, there was another car parked right in the middle of space leaving very small space for me to park on right or left. Parking on the actual parking space (on the right of unwanted parked car) was impossible (unless I wanted to park and remain in the car the entire time!) ended up parking on the left and had to squeeze out of the car as the space was very small! Called the space owner for about half an hour with no answer. Called the app help which was not helpful either. Space owner called back after a while and said it must be my neighbours car, he keeps doing that (not helpful to me at all)! Ideally neighbour needs to be told to stop doing that if you want to keep renting out your parking space! Overall my first very bad experience of parking via this app!

The space wasn't the easiest to identify once you are there. Could be fixed by a simple number or sign to indicate the space. Tried to call the owner several times once we was there but didn't get an answer. We guessed which space it was and the car was left their safely all day

Easy to find, good directions. Hidden from general public. Easy to park in.

Easy to locate the space if you follow directions provided. Safe to leave vehicle however it was pitch black coming back into the close to pick up my car in the evening

Good out of view spot within easy reach of the beach. All worked out well.

Lovely spot off the road in a crowded central area. If you follow the instructions sent by the owner, you will have no issues. Made off loading the dogs and kit a very relaxed affair

This place is residents parking only I received a parking charge notice Ref no ops1040852 .the owner of the parking space reported my car to the council and also told me of for parking my car and put notices on the car

At first was difficult to locate the space as no number on it but a quick call to the owner pointed us to right place. We did also get challenged by a resident telling us we couldn't park there as it was private parking, but other than that it was great parking and took the stress out of herding a group of boys through town in the middle of the busy Christmas shopping period.
