There is an external fire escape stair on the neighbouring property to the right as you face the building . PLEASE DO NOT USE EITHER OF THE OTHER 2 PARKING SPACES TO THE LEFT of the parking area. They belong to other people and obviously use their spaces all the time. Many thanks.

2nd time used this space. It's okay for a smaller car . Difficult to find as postcode does not help to find the space, neither does the road configuration although that's nothing to do with the space holder.

The postcode takes you to a lane behind the houses on the other side of the street and I ended up driving up and down both lanes trying to find where to park. Apart from that, great spot and I would definitely recommend.

Glad we chose the smaller of our two cars as the space is very tight, and acess road is quite narrow. Would not suit anything over a small family car.
Excellent location, 4-5 mins walk from shops shops, 7-10 mins from seafront.
