1 space located on the lane at the REAR of 19 Lushington Road in Eastbourne. The space is big enough to fit a small to medium vehicle and is on the RIGHT HAND SIDE as you face the building. There is an external fire escape stair on the neighbouring property to the right as you face the building . PLEASE DO NOT USE EITHER OF THE OTHER 2 PARKING SPACES TO THE LEFT of the parking area. They belong to other people and obviously use their spaces all the time. Many thanks.

Glad we chose the smaller of our two cars as the space is very tight, and acess road is quite narrow. Would not suit anything over a small family car.
Excellent location, 4-5 mins walk from shops shops, 7-10 mins from seafront.
