Asda East Retford Car Park

straightforward (you do have to ignore the signage on site); easy walk to the train station but about 10 - 15mins away if you cut accross town lock (clean & safe enough but perhaps not wise alone late at night etc). would happily park here again

Thought I would use JustPark as I was going to an important meeting in an area I vaguely knew. Booking and paying was very easy, however when I needed help I was disappointed. I went everywhere on the website, FAQs, Contact etc typed in what help I needed and eventually had to call the helpline as soon as it opened as I had an hour before needing to park. I waited for almost 10 mins and no answer. By this point I had to leave for my meeting. I arrived at the location and as I expected, it was unclear where to park, the instructions in my confirmation email were contradictory, there were no spaces where I thought I had to park and so not to be late for my meeting, I parked elsewhere therefore did not have the benefit of using a reserved parking space. I'm sure if you are familiar with the area, this JustPark is a good thing, just didn't work for me unfortunately.

Got exactly what I booked

Parked under a light in car park> But light did not work> There was a mini bus waiting by Retford railway station. Could you kindly put the Asda Car park in it's destination. Overall a big thumbs up to just Park> Thank you.
